ENAMELS:
Enamel buttons were made typically in
the latter part of the 19th century, and use a variety of techniques such
as cloisonne, basse-taille and champleve in their construction. They are
highly valued for their elegance and workmanship, particularly those with
figural designs. We offer enamel buttons from the 19th century, as well
as examples from the early 20thC. The cost of these buttons varies between
£10 - £50 depending on size, age and scarcity.
